The CML (Câmara Municipal de Lisboa) started to clean the streets of Bairro Alto.
Cleanning tags, graffitis, stencils, even several artworks of the MUSEU EFEMERO.
The cleanning teams started working on the Rua das Salgadeiras and they will continue on Rua do Norte and finally the hole Bairro Alto.
Is this going to do to Bairro Alto any good?

For me, is a waist of money. The walls will be patinted again in no time.

it's nice that they are creating new canvases but you would never paint over a Picasso would you?
